§ 22-123. Stormwater management and sediment reduction.

Stormwater management and sediment reduction plans shall be submitted for all activities required to submit such a plan under the provisions set forth in the S.C. Code 1976, tit. 48, ch. 14. Such plans shall be submitted to the appropriate plan approval agency delegated by the state health and environmental control and the state office of coastal resource management. No permit will be issued unless a stormwater management and sediment reduction plan, when required, has been approved in accordance with S.C. Code 1976, tit. 48, ch. 14.
