§ 2-112. Municipal clerk.

(a)

The duties of the municipal clerk shall be those specified by state law, and such other duties as are assigned by town council.

(b)

Town council shall appoint the municipal clerk.

(c)

The term of the office of municipal clerk shall be for one year, from January 1 through December 31.
