§ 30-5. Intent.

(a)

This chapter establishes the comprehensive land development regulations for the town and provides for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of S.C. Code 1976, tit. 6, ch. 29 and calls for the repeal of all ordinances in conflict herewith.

(b)

The intent of this chapter is to provide for the harmonious development of the town.
