§ 54-46. Unclaimed deposits.

Latest version.

A record of each unclaimed deposit must be maintained and a reasonable effort must be made to return the deposit. Net remaining proceeds from unclaimed deposits, together with accrued interest, shall be dealt with in accordance with state law.
