§ 54-68. Payment of deficient amount.

If the customer has been undercharged, then the customer's bill will reflect the deficient amount. The customer may arrange with CPW to pay the deficient amount in equal installments, over a number of billing periods; however, all current bills will have to be paid by the due date. If the usage incurred by the customer cannot be determined, then the adjustment shall be based on estimated usage.
