§ 6-13. Restraint.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any owner or custodian of any animal to permit the same to run at large at any time upon streets or highways or properties other than his own property within the town. Such owner or custodian shall comply with the definition of restraint in section 6-3

(b)

It shall be unlawful to keep a dangerous dog in any manner not allowed under S.C. Code 1976, § 47-3-710 et seq.

(c)

Every dog in heat and every cat in heat shall be confined.
