Editor's note
Ord. No. 2010-11-17, exh. A(§§ I—IX), adopted May 23, 2011, effectively repealed the former art. VI., §§ 22-151—22-155, and enacted a new art. VI as set out herein. Section X, containing attachments to said ordinance, has been omitted from codification. The former art. VI pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2007-08-04, adopted Apr. 28, 2008.
